Job summary

UCI Health in Orange County seeks a Nurse Supervisor to manage daily patient care and uphold nursing standards in the Main Operating Room. You will coordinate the surgery schedule, supervise staff, and respond to physician orders while ensuring equipment and services are available for safe, efficient patient care.

Applicants should have RN licensure and a BSN, plus 5 years OR experience or 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Coordinate the overall surgery schedule and supervise staff.
• Facilitate responses to physician orders and arrange equipment/services.
• Serve as a role model and clinical resource; review data for safety.
