• 5 years perioperative experience or 2 years perioperative experience with supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide frontline supervision and daily workflow coordination for perioperative staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and appropriate assignment of coworkers.
• Serve as operational and clinical resource during assigned shift or area.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training of new team members and conduct competency monitoring.
• Identify and resolve operational, staffing, and patient-care issues and escalate when needed.
