Qualifications

• 2+ years experience, preferably in a long-term care facility, with supervisory exposure.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in care delivery.
• Make rounds and provide reports.
• Perform skilled care assessments.
• Respond to and monitor care issues and changes in condition.
• Assist residents in achieving optimal self-care and well-being.
• Oversee care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other health professionals.
