Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing care of residents.
• Instruct and assist LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment staff in care provision.
• Perform skilled care assessments and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Oversee care plans and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health professionals on resident care.
