Job summary

PACS is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations across shifts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will lead licensed staff, coordinate resident care, and drive quality outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include supervising LVN/LPNs and CNAs, managing IVs, administering medications per orders, and collaborating with physicians. Strong communication and leadership are essential to maintain resident well-being and regulatory

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Experience with PCC or EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing activities and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate resident care and rounds; respond to calls.
• Administer IVs and medications per physician orders.
• Provide training and orientation for staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
