Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations in a post‑acute care setting. This role requires guiding LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care, timely rounds, and accurate documentation per regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, have at least two years in long‑term care with supervisory experience, and maintain an active RN license with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• BSN from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• 2+ years in a long‑term care facility preferred and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Active RN license and CPR certification; continuing education as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and care plans.
• Oversee nursing staff (LVN/LPNs, CNAs) and provide coaching and disciplinary guidance as needed.
• Manage IV administration and respond to medical emergencies.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and health professionals regarding patient condition.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy; participate in QA and surveys.
