Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Florida license (RN).
• BSN or bachelor's degree in healthcare field.
• CCM certification within one year of eligibility.
• Six years of experience in Care Management, Utilization Review or Discharge Planning.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of discharge planning, utilization management and managed care.

Responsibilities
