Qualifications

• Accredited Nursing Program graduate.
• RN license in Florida (compact preferred).
• BLS Healthcare Provider required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Participates in clinical performance improvement activities, including clinical paths, patient/family education, Six Sigma and other quality initiatives.
• Assists with development and implementation of Case Management goals, plans and standards.
• Assists with budgeting and audits; ensures compliance with funding and conducts audits.
• Monitors staffing activities: hiring, orienting, evaluating and performance reviews.
• Manages staffing levels and deployment of staff.
• Assists with department operations, information technologies and service levels.
• Collects data to identify quality trends or risks; collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams.
