Mercury is seeking a generalist program manager to join the Fraud & Disputes Enablement team. You will build programs from zero to one, lead Bank Charter Readiness, and drive data-driven improvement across risk operations.

With 5+ years in program management within risk/compliance/fraud, you will translate regulatory expectations into actionable plans and own dashboards, OKRs, and reporting. Proficiency with AI and automation is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of program management experience in risk, compliance, fraud, disputes, or operations.
• Working knowledge of regulated banking and regulators, examiners, or auditors.
• Strong data skills and experience using AI and automation to improve work.

• You'll join the Fraud & Disputes Enablement team, a shared-services group supporting Quality Control, Learning & Development, and Program Management.
