Mercury is building a full financial stack for startups. We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead Bank Charter Readiness and oversight for Fraud, Disputes, and Risk UX.

You will run operating reviews, align goals with executives, and use data to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Vendor Management is essential; you'll explore AI-assisted processes to make work smarter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management in risk, compliance, fraud, or operations within financial services.
• Experience building programs from zero to measurable results with cross-functional impact.
• Strong data skills: define metrics, dashboards, and explain trends.

Responsabilités

• Lead Bank Charter Readiness programs across Fraud, Disputes, and Risk UX with clear scope and milestones.
• Own operational reviews and monthly CORs, from data pulls to narrative and follow-ups.
• Develop reporting dashboards and drive continuous improvement using data insights.
