Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and infrastructure projects. You will work with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, and integrate risk with cost and schedule controls.

You will contribute to the development of RK&K's risk management methodologies, tools, and staff capabilities, potentially leading teams and advising senior leadership based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams.
• Maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, contracting, design, and construction.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis including probabilistic cost/schedule forecasting.
• Integrate risk management with cost estimates, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders using risk software.
