Job summary

RK&K’s Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk management across major capital programs and infrastructure projects. You will work with clients and technical teams to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risk, and help integrate risk with cost and schedule controls.

The role may lead risk teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to RK&K’s risk management practice by evolving methodologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients, project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, contracting and design.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and forecasting.
• Integrate risk with project controls including cost estimates and schedules.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for executives using BI tools.
• Support evaluation of project changes from a risk perspective.
• Lead or support development of risk management methodologies and tools.
• Supervise and mentor junior risk management staff.
