Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and infrastructure projects. You will work with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls for leadership decisions.

The role may lead risk teams and mentor staff, contributing to methodologies, tools, and best practices within RK&K’s risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Experience in project or program risk management and project controls.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders and presenting risk information and recommendations.
• Experience integrating risk management with cost, schedule, forecasts and controls.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and risk management or project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans, processes, and governance.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate project risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and design.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including contingency evaluation.
• Integrate risk with project controls and reporting.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for clients and executives using Power BI.
• Support evaluation of changes, claims, procurement, and delivery approaches from a risk view.
• Lead or mentor junior risk management or project controls staff as appropriate.
