Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is hiring a Risk Management Professional to support risk management activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This position will be part of RK&K's Project Controls practice and will work directly with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project and program risks.

The Risk Management Professional will also contribute to the development of risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Mid- to senior-level experience in risk management for projects or programs.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops with clients and teams.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk-informed forecasting.
• Integrate risk management with project controls, cost, and schedule reporting.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations using Power BI.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction.
