Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. You will work with clients and teams to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls.

This role may lead risk teams, mentor junior staff, and serve as a senior advisor to clients and leadership, developing methodologies, tools, and best practices for RK&K and its

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Experience in project or program risk management and project controls.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.
• Experience presenting risk information and recommendations to leadership.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, forecasting, and other controls functions.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk modeling methodologies.
• Experience using Power BI and risk management or project controls software such as @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, Deltek Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams.
• Maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, design and construction.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk-based forecasting.
• Integrate risk with project controls and reporting.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
