Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Risk Management Professional in its Construction Management Division to support risk management across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This role will work with clients and project teams to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls.

You may lead risk teams, mentor junior professionals, and serve as a senior advisor to clients and project leadership, contributing to RK&K's risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Experience in project or program risk management and project controls.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.
• Experience presenting risk information to project leadership.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, and other controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams.
• Develop risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and design.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and forecasting.
• Integrate risk with project controls and reporting.
• Monitor risks and communicate trends to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support procurement decisions from a risk perspective.
• Contribute to development of risk management methodologies and tools.
• Mentor junior staff as appropriate.
