Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is hiring a Risk Management Professional to support risk management across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This role sits within RK&K's Project Controls practice and collaborates with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in project or program risk management, project controls, or construction management.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.
• Experience presenting risk information to clients and leadership.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, and forecasting; familiarity with risk modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and risk management software such as @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, Deltek Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans, processes, and governance.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and design.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk-adjusted forecasting.
• Integrate risk activities with project controls and reporting.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations using Power BI and other tools.
• Support evaluation of changes, procurement strategies, and decisions from a risk perspective.
• Lead or support development of risk management methodologies and tools, and supervise junior staff.
