Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division seeks a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. You’ll work with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls to provide leadership with actionable recommendations.

The role may lead risk teams, supervise junior staff, and contribute to RK&K's risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in mid-career or senior risk management on complex projects.
• Experience presenting risk information to leadership.
• Experience integrating risk with cost and schedule controls.
• Proficiency with Power BI and risk software mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and teams.
• Maintain risk registers, matrices, and plans.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, and procurement.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Integrate risk with project controls and reporting.
• Monitor risk exposure and communicate to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and recommendations using Power BI.
• Support procurement strategies and project decisions from risk perspective.
• Lead or support methodology development and staff mentoring.
