Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk management activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This role will work directly with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project and program risks.

The position will lead risk management efforts, integrate risk with cost and schedule controls, and provide recommendations to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in project or program risk management and project controls.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of risk management plans, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
