Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division seeks a Risk Management Professional to advance risk practices across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls.

Responsibilities include developing risk management processes, maintaining risk documentation, and providing recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
• Mid-to-senior level experience in project or program risk management and project controls.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project risk management plans and governance.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams.
• Maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Integrate risk with cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for leadership using Power BI.
• Mentor junior staff and lead risk management teams when needed.
