Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. You will work with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls.

You will help develop risk management processes, tools, and staff capabilities, with potential to lead teams and advise senior leadership based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in project or program risk management, project controls, or construction management.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.
• Experience presenting risk information to project leadership and clients.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of risk management plans and governance.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams.
• Develop risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Supervise junior staff and mentor project controls teammates.
