Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk management across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This role sits within RK&K's Project Controls practice and collaborates with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks.

The position may lead risk management efforts, supervise junior staff, and serve as a senior advisor to clients and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Mid-career or senior professional with risk management experience.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects.
• Experience presenting risk information to project leadership.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, and other controls.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and risk/project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation workshops with clients and teams.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and design.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and forecasting.
• Integrate risk activities with project controls like cost estimates and schedules.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
