Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field with advanced certifications (CSP/ARM/CRM/CIC/CPCU) and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field; advanced certification preferred (CSP/ARM/CRM/CIC/CPCU).
• 5+ years of experience in safety, risk management, or related industry.
• Proficient with MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong relationship-building with internal teams and external customers.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Conduct risk management consultations at policyholders' premises and develop risk programs.
• Leverage technology to support virtual engagements in a hybrid work environment.
• Provide risk management resources and trends to policyholders and agencies.
• Analyze data to improve risk exposures and support customer service objectives.
• Coordinate workload to meet engagement objectives and support business goals.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims in new business acquisition and retention.
• Lead training sessions for policyholders and agency customers.
• Promote company initiatives through agency relationships and client engagement.
