Job summary

West Bend Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Loss Control Representative to perform on-site risk assessments and service for prospect, new quote, and existing accounts in the Raleigh/Durham area. You will conduct surveys, analyze risk exposure, and collaborate with underwriters to determine risk acceptability while supporting agents.

The role covers field-based work from a home office, with occasional weekend trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in safety, loss control or related field.
• Experience servicing large/complex accounts with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to coach teammates and engage with professionals to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite risk assessments and risk surveys.
• Analyze risk exposures and develop service plans.
• Consult with underwriters to determine account acceptability.
• Provide written and verbal communication to underwriting and agents.
• Manage a field territory and deliver training presentations; may include weekends.
