Job summary

West Bend Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Loss Control Representative to join our growing team in the Raleigh/Durham area. You will conduct onsite risk assessments, provide service to prospects, new quotes, and existing accounts, and work with underwriters to determine risk acceptability.

You will develop service plans, present training, and help clients implement safety programs. The role covers a field territory in North Carolina, with a home office setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety, loss control or related field.
• Experience servicing large accounts with minimal guidance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite risk assessments and provide servicing for prospects, new quotes and existing accounts.
• Consult with underwriters to determine account risk acceptability and develop service plans.
• Deliver training presentations and assist agents to build relationships and secure new business.
• Manage a field territory, collaborate with customers on safety planning, and occasionally present on weekends.
