Job summary

Amerisure’s field-based Senior Risk Management/Loss Control Consultant will conduct risk assessments at policyholder sites and develop robust risk management programs to improve safety and loss profiles. The role sits remotely in Broward to Palm Beach, FL, supporting profitability and service delivery across assigned agencies.

You’ll leverage technology for hybrid engagements, mentor teammates, and collaborate with underwriting to secure new business and retain existing accounts while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field; advanced certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in safety, risk management or related industry.
• Proficient with MS Office and virtual meeting tools.
• Proven ability to build relationships within departments and with external customers.
• Strong conflict resolution, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 3 overnights per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk management surveys at policyholders’ premises and develop improvement programs.
• Leverage technology to support hybrid/remote engagements.
• Share resources with policyholders and agencies on risk topics and trends.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve risk exposures across the book.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims for new business and retention.
• Lead training sessions and participate in conferences as needed.
