Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, partnering with leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks. You will shape practical controls, workflows, and training across engagements from intake to closure.

You will work with GCO, firm risk management, and outside counsel to ensure independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations are addressed, while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function in professional services.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Provide advice on routine risk issues and assist engagement teams across FAS engagements.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and the FAS practice.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers and GCO on coverage questions and claims, ensuring firm policy alignment.
• Maintain risk registers and produce periodic reporting for FAS and firm leadership.
