EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will identify risks early and develop practical controls, working with FAS leadership, engagement teams, the Office of General Counsel, and outside counsel as needed.

You will shape risk practices across restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation engagements, while supporting high-quality client service and compliance across the firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters.
• Familiarity with independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements for a professional services firm.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Provide advice and counsel to FAS engagement teams on routine risk issues.
• Support ABC administration duties including creditor notice and claims administration.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Coordinate with GC on risk management matters and translate requirements into policy guidance.
