Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk oversight for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify risks early and implement practical controls and training to support engagements from intake through case closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, or compliance in a professional services firm.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, ABC, bankruptcy, or complex litigation risks.
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel on routine risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other engagements.
• Support ABC engagements with creditor notice, claims administration, and asset sale or liquidation processes.
• Advise on independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations across complex engagements, including expert testimony.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and the FAS practice.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers on coverage questions and loop in GCO as needed.
• Oversee litigation matters against ABC entities and other FAS-related matters.
• Maintain risk register and produce reports for FAS and firm leadership.
