Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk controls for our Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify regulatory and operational risks, develop practical controls, and deliver training across engagements from intake to closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will shape Enterprise Risk Management for ABC matters, coordinate with GCO and outside counsel, and help ensure independence, conflicts checks, and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization (CPA/law/consulting).
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts‑of‑interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across FAS engagements.
• Support ABC administrations with notices, claims, and asset/liquidation processes.
• Provide guidance on independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations for complex engagements.
• Develop and manage enterprise risk management programs for ABC entities and FAS.
