Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Fenton, MO seeks an Insurance Specialist to support risk management, insurance functions and pre-qualifications for major projects. The role focuses on CIP programs, surety bonds, and coordination with brokers and subcontractors.

You will review contracts and COIs, collect underwriting information for renewals and audits, administer the surety bond program, and prepare reports for senior leaders while maintaining data integrity and strong cross‑functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in risk management, insurance or surety.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, insurance, surety.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software applications.
• Experience handling confidential information and data integrity.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and integrity.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to leadership in risk management as needed.
• Review contracts for risk management issues and compliance.
• Review subcontractor pre-qualifications.
• Review subcontractor certificates of insurance for compliance and enroll subcontractors.
• Coordinate underwriting information for renewals and annual audits.
• Perform CIP enrollments, payroll reporting and close out.
• Administer the surety bond program with the broker.
• Generate reports on risk management metrics for executives and senior leaders.
• Interact with senior leadership and project teams to advise on risk issues.
• Assist with national project pre-qualifications and maintain related information.
• Maintain networks with coworkers, customers, vendors and field personnel.
