Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is hiring an Insurance Risk Mgmt Specialist to support daily risk management and insurance operations from our St. Louis area office. The role involves reviewing contracts and subcontractor documentation to ensure compliance and proper risk transfer.

You will handle CIP enrollments, renewals, and audits while coordinating with leadership, brokers, and project teams. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in risk management or insurance, a bachelor’s in a related field, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in risk management, insurance or surety or related field; professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in risk management, insurance, surety.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software applications.
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work with leadership, brokers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for risk management and insurance operations.
• Review contracts for risk management issues and compliance.
• Review subcontractor pre-qualifications and certificates of insurance for compliance.
• Coordinate enrollment of subcontractors and information for renewals and audits.
• Generate reports on risk management metrics for executives.
