Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Safety Specialist based at our Fenton, MO office to guide occupational safety management across projects. You will act as a regional resource, ensuring ES&H policies meet customer, industry, and regulatory guidelines and training is delivered to site teams.

The role emphasizes implementing safety programs, performing incident investigations, and driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in safety, environmental health, construction safety, or related field.
• 1–2 years construction safety experience, preferably electrical.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, DOT, MSHA, Worker’s Comp guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement company safety programs and loss prevention initiatives.
• Lead investigations of safety incidents and determine root causes with corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site safety audits and coordinate with field teams on preventive measures.
• Provide safety training and maintain documentation; orient new employees to ES&H program.
