Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Risk Shared Services Manager to govern the eGRC ecosystem and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate with technology and business partners to enable enterprise risk management.

The role emphasizes leading a team of risk and change professionals, presenting to leadership, and ensuring governance across policy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, risk management, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, governance, compliance, or related fields within financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience leading teams, cross-functional initiatives, or complex programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and multiple risk disciplines.
• Experience supporting governance, intake, prioritization, roadmap management, change delivery, or enterprise risk platforms.
• Strong risk management experience including process and control governance, RCSA facilitation, and remediation activities.
• Ability to partner across business, risk, technology, data, operations, audit, and control functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills; ability to prepare executive materials.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective challenge and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and governance/tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Risk Shared Services operating model and eGRC strategy with clear work plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end eGRC intake and roadmap process with prioritization and status tracking.
• Coordinate with TD&O Delivery teams and eGRC Solution Owners for alignment and delivery.
• Monitor delivery health, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and adoption outcomes.
• Oversee organizational hierarchy and personnel alignment for enterprise risk management activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums and present recommendations and roadmaps to leadership.
• Partner across risk programs, business units, technology teams, data partners, and control functions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of risk, governance, and change professionals.
• Drive communications, training, and change activities for adoption of eGRC processes.
• Maintain governance documentation and evidence for policy compliance and escalation of material matters.
