Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Risk Shared Services Manager to oversee day-to-day eGRC operations and drive governance routines. You will translate strategic priorities into execution plans, manage delivery, and lead a team of risk and change professionals across business units and technology partners.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, effective challenge, and continuous improvement of eGRC processes to support enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years in risk management, governance, compliance, or related field in financial services or regulated industry
• Experience leading teams or complex programs
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and risk disciplines
• Experience supporting governance, intake, prioritization, and roadmap management
• Strong risk management experience including control governance and remediation
• Proven ability to partner across business, risk, technology, data, operations, audit, and controls
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and build collaboration
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and governance tools

Responsibilities

• Execute risk shared services operating model and eGRC strategy with plans and governance
• Lead end-to-end eGRC intake and roadmap process including prioritization and status tracking
• Coordinate with TD&O Delivery teams and eGRC Solution Owners on alignment and delivery
• Monitor delivery health, milestones, risks, issues, and adoption outcomes
• Oversee organizational hierarchy and personnel alignment supporting enterprise risk activities
• Facilitate stakeholder forums and present recommendations to leadership
• Partner with risk programs, business units, technology, data partners, and control functions
• Lead, coach, and develop risk, governance, and change professionals
• Drive stakeholder communications, training, and change activities for adoption
• Maintain governance documentation and escalation of material matters
