Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Executive Risk Engineer who serves as a recognized authority on risk management, loss prevention, and resilience. You will lead enterprise-level risk engineering guidance for the organization’s largest clients, carriers, and senior leadership, delivering innovative mitigation strategies and ensuring strategic risk improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in risk engineering, loss control, or related technical fields.
Significant experience supporting complex brokerage, carrier, or multinational client environments.
Professional certifications such as PE, CSP, ARM, CPCU, CFPS, ASP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the organization’s principal technical authority on risk engineering, loss prevention, and resilience strategies.
Provide advanced consulting for largest, most complex client engagements.
Evaluate complex exposures and develop strategic recommendations to improve risk quality and insurability.
Lead technical assessments involving manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and supply chain risks.
Provide guidance on fire protection, natural catastrophe exposures, and business continuity.
