The Baldwin Group is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve high-net-worth private risk clients with white-glove service, expert knowledge of personal lines, and proactive risk management. You will manage a sophisticated book, present renewal proposals, and advise on coverage strategies.

The role emphasizes relationship ownership, market placement, and compliance across client interactions, with opportunities to grow within the Private Risk Management practice.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in the applicable state or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance and HNW carrier knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication with sophisticated clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and agency management systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned HNW/UHNW book, delivering proactive white-glove service.
• Review exposures, memos, loss experience, and coverages to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Cultivate carrier relationships and advocate for favorable outcomes on complex risks and renewals.
• Maintain accurate activity in agency management systems and comply with workflows.
