Job summary

Baldwin Group Colleague, Inc. is seeking a senior Risk Management professional to oversee the Risk Management AE team, staffing, training and account assignments for our largest and most complex clients.

You will lead brokerage coordination, renewals, client meetings, and data analysis, while supervising staff and ensuring service standards. This role requires extensive insurance experience and ability to travel ~20% for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substantial work experience may substitute.
• 15+ years of commercial insurance with large accounts required.
• AE work and broking/placement experience is a major plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel to client and prospect meetings ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing coordinated brokerage and services to clients.
• Coordinate brokerage teams, risk control, claims, and financial lines.
• Establish processes and monitor renewal timelines for clients.
• Present renewal results to client contacts and participate in meetings.
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary.
• Analyze complex financial and claims data and prepare client materials.
• Create client presentations including quotes and contracts.
• Oversee implementation and review insurance documents for accuracy.
• Supervise support staff to manage workflow.
