Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Risk Engineer Executive to serve as the organization’s principal technical authority on risk engineering, loss prevention, property protection, and resilience strategies. You will provide advanced consulting for the largest, most complex clients, evaluating exposures and delivering strategic recommendations to improve risk quality and insurability.

This role leads technical assessments across manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and supply chains, and mentors others

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety, risk management, or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in risk engineering, property engineering, loss control, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex insurance brokerage, carrier, or multinational client environments.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization’s principal technical authority on risk engineering and resilience strategies.
• Provide advanced consulting for large, complex client engagements.
• Evaluate exposures and develop strategic recommendations to improve risk quality.
• Lead technical assessments involving manufacturing operations, critical infrastructure, and supply chains.
• Offer guidance on fire protection, natural catastrophe exposures, and business continuity planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders and carrier partners.
