Job summary

Capital One's AML Modeling and Advanced Data Insights (MADI) team seeks a Senior Risk Associate to advance program management, champion continuous improvement, and tell compelling data stories through dashboards.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization, manage cross-functional project plans, and apply risk, process and project management practices to improve delivery, reduce risk, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-managed MADI processes by ensuring MADI Site, department distro lists, and shared drive best practices reflect accurate information.
• Develop and maintain creative visual solutions using Jira data and project management tools.
• Identify day-to-day inefficiencies, conduct root cause analyses, and create actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reporting key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Risk Management processes while supporting teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans for cross-functional teams, ensuring work is planned appropriately to mitigate risk and meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and ongoing progress to key stakeholders.
