Capital One seeks a Senior Risk Associate to support the MADI program, driving continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and dashboards. The role emphasizes agile project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and risk oversight to deliver scalable, efficient processes.

You will partner with stakeholders, develop project plans, and monitor delivery progress while maintaining strong communication and strategic thinking across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Process Management experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management or Risk Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well‑managed MADI processes by ensuring MADI Site, department distro lists, and shared drive best practices reflect accurate information.
• Develop and maintain creative visual solutions using Jira data and project management tools.
• Identify day‑to‑day inefficiencies, conduct root cause analyses, and create actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reporting key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Risk Management processes while supporting teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans for cross‑functional teams, ensuring work is planned appropriately to mitigate risk and meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and ongoing progress to key stakeholders.
