Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, MADI Program Management to drive excellence across the Modeling and Advanced Data Insights program. The role emphasizes improving processes, engaging associates, and aligning with senior leadership to enable scalable operations in a highly matrixed environment.

The position requires strong problem solving, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate change while partnering with AML COS, Risk Tech, and other groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience required.
• 5+ years of Project Management, Process Management, Program Management, or Change Management experience.
• 3+ years in Data Management, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit.
• 3+ years supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal business clients.
• 2+ years writing communications and presenting to leadership audiences.
• 2+ years working with cross-functional teams in Tech, Product, Design, or Data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MADI towers and senior leadership to drive excellence and scalability.
• Lead associate engagement and culture-building processes across MADI.
• Coordinate onboarding, training curricula, and learning paths for MADI associates.
• Serve as liaison to AML COS team for events, scaling initiatives, and best practices.
• Design and improve organizational mechanisms and routines for efficiency.
• Support MADI ceremonies, PI planning, prioritization, and change management.
• Support ERO GenAI Community of Practice, Summit, and centralized forums.
• Build cross-stakeholder relationships across AML Advisory, FCIO, ESRA, Risk Tech.
