Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or higher.
• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in AML, Sanctions, Compliance, Risk or Fraud, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced machine learning model development, continuous performance monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• Oversee model governance and ensure alignment with internal risk frameworks.
• Serve as the primary lead for handling internal audit and OCC regulatory requests.
• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
