Job summary

Capital One in Chicago, IL seeks a Manager to support the MADI program management, driving well-managed processes, associate engagement, and continuous improvement across AML modeling and data insights.

You will partner with senior leadership, coordinate towers, design and implement ceremonies, budgeting, recruiting, and resource management, while proactively removing barriers and communicating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 5 years of Project Management, Process Management, Program Management, or Change Management experience
• At least 3 years of Data Management, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit
• At least 3 years of experience partnering with internal business clients
• At least 2 years of experience writing communications and presenting to leadership
• At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in Tech, Product, Design, or Data

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with MADI towers and senior leadership to drive excellence across the organization by solving challenges, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools to improve transparency, consistency, and scalability
• Lead associate experience and culture building processes across MADI including coordinating and facilitating engagement activities and communications
• Serve as liaison to the broader AML COS team to coordinate on AML-wide events and scaling initiatives
• Partner with leadership to design, maintain, and improve organizational mechanisms and routines for efficient, cohesive operation
• Support implementation and execution of MADI ceremonies and processes including PI planning and prioritization
• Support ERO GenAI Community of Practice including quarterly summit, monitoring, and reporting
• Build relationships across AML Advisory, FCIO, ESRA, Risk Tech and other partners to drive results
• Support Project Management for large scale projects across MADI
• Support budgeting, recruiting, and resource management across MADI
