Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Associate, Project Manager to support the Model Risk Office. You will coordinate with Divisional Model Risk Officers and DMRO teams to ensure visibility into operations, validation plans, and horizontal requests.

You will leverage BI tools (Quicksite, Tableau), PM tooling (JIRA), and analytics (Excel, Google Sheets) to drive risk reduction, organize tasks, and coach delivery teams while communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience partnering with internal business clients.
• At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with ability to join disparate data sets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders regularly to ensure line of sight into operations, project plans, and requests.
• Utilize BI tools (Quicksite, Tableau) and PM tools (JIRA) to support stakeholders.
• Analyze data by joining disparate data sets in Excel/Google Sheets to convey solutions.
• Demonstrate a track record of strong project management and ability to structure work.
• Coach and develop delivery teams through leadership.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the company.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and identify process improvements.
