Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration, obtained on or before start date.
• Preferred: Master’s in Business/quantitative field; 5+ years of analysis; 2+ years in financial services; 2+ years in people management; 1+ year in AML, sanctions, compliance, risk or fraud; 1+ year of model design, development, and deployment; 1+ year with supervised ML models; 1+ year of Python/SQL/AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced machine learning model development, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Oversee model governance and regulatory alignment.
• Lead internal audit and OCC regulatory requests.
• Drive business strategies for growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.
• Coach and mentor 1–2 analysts to retain talent.
• Lead product and pricing strategy development for lending products.
