EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk across the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, focusing on ABC, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with FAS leadership to implement practical controls and training while ensuring timely engagement delivery.

You will collaborate with GCO, firm risk teams, and outside counsel, reporting to the FAS Director of Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business admin or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, or compliance in professional services.
• Understanding of restructuring, ABC matters and related risks.
• Knowledge of independence or conflicts‑of‑interest requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide risk advice to FAS teams on restructurings, bankruptcies and complex matters.
• Develop controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.
• Support independence, conflicts checks, and disclosure obligations.
• Maintain the risk register and report open risk items to leadership.
• Deliver risk management training for FAS professionals.
