Renewal by Andersen of Central CA seeks a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead risk strategy, regulatory compliance, safety governance, and insurance programs across multi-state operations. The role partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to identify risk, strengthen controls, and scale programs for growth.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in risk roles, 5+ years in leadership, and strong OSHA/DOT knowledge to safeguard the organization while enabling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple operating locations.
• Manage corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Develop enterprise-wide policies, programs, and training.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align risk with business goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on risk issues.
