Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a leading Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Senior Risk & Claims Manager to lead enterprise risk management across a multi-state restaurant footprint. You will oversee the full claims lifecycle—including workers’ comp, general liability, property, crime, and fleet—while partnering with carriers, brokers, TPAs, and legal counsel.

The role emphasizes reducing loss exposure, improving outcomes, and delivering analytics-driven risk insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in risk, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, claims, or insurance operations.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-state environments and analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with carriers, TPAs, and legal counsel.
• Ability to interpret policies and data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy across a multi-state footprint.
• Identify exposures and develop mitigation strategies for senior leadership.
• Oversee claims lifecycle: incident to resolution, including WC, GL, property, crime, fleet.
• Manage insurance programs, renewals, coverage reviews, and reporting.
• Oversee litigation support and coordinate with counsel and adjusters.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting to inform risk decisions.
