The Midtown Group seeks a Senior Risk and Safety Analyst to strengthen our corporate operations. This newly created role emphasizes risk management, claims handling, and data analytics to drive safer and more cost-effective decisions.

You will design SOPs from scratch, partner with insurance adjusters, and report to the VP of Operations with a dotted line to HR. Hybrid Fort Worth location with local travel offers broad exposure and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–6+ years of experience in risk management, workers' compensation, and claims administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into strategic operations reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% in the corporate office and 30% at local manufacturing sites, including some overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and act as the primary contact for all corporate insurance programs, with emphasis on Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability, Property, Cyber, and EPL claims.
• Partner with external adjusters and brokers to manage claims and mitigate litigation risks.
• Extract claims data and injuries to build dashboards and monthly leadership reports for safety strategy.
• Develop and implement risk management SOPs and policies from scratch.
• Maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) and coordinate safety training and annual reporting.
